Free Flash Fiction

The Free Flash Fiction web site promotes a broad range of flash fiction styles, publicises the work of new and established authors, and offers flash fiction stories to readers for free. If you are an author - Break free of any constraints and submit a flash fiction story of no more than 500 words by clicking here; if we accept your work, it will be the featured flash and then added to our Library with inclusions of your bio and links to your portfolio.

Competition Two is now open.

Write, edit and submit by 23rd Feb 2021.

Submit a flash fiction piece of between 100 and 300 words, on any theme.

£1 per entry, per story.

£75 for one winner.

2x commended and 2x shortlisted stories will be published on the FFF web site.

Amy O'Neil - Competition Two Judge

Amy O’Neil is an emerging writer based in Brighton, UK. Her Stories and flash fiction have appeared in Mslexia, 101 words, Paragraph planet and Flashflood Journal among others. She recently won the Grindstone literary Flash Fiction contest, Globe Soup Summer short story contest and was the winner of the Free Flash Fiction Competition One. She is currently working on her first novel.
